| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Banking Relationship Group Manager |
| Manages a group of business banking relationship managers to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Develops policies and processes to deliver excellent financial solutions and ongoing client support, ensuring clients have an effective team to help them best understand and use company products. Develops a deep understanding of client financial needs, strategies, and risks to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Manages and monitors key accounts and resolves complex issues. Monitors customer feedback to recommend product improvements or process changes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
