| Requirements and Responsibilities For Insurance Agency Regional Director |
| Directs regional insurance agency operations to achieve sales performance, profitability, operational consistency, and customer service objectives across multiple branch locations. Develops regional growth strategies, market expansion plans, and operational initiatives aligned with corporate business goals and regulatory requirements. Oversees branch leadership teams and monitors regional performance metrics, staffing levels, budgeting activities, and customer retention results. Evaluates competitive market conditions and sales trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement. Collaborates with executive leadership, carrier partners, and regional stakeholders to support strategic planning, product distribution, and business development initiatives. Ensures compliance with insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies throughout regional agency operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires NIPR State Licensure.
