Requirements and Responsibilities For Religious Educator |
Conducts religious education courses. Responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, and leading and moderating discussion. May work from religious texts or standardized course templates. Evaluates and monitors student's performance, and helps students identify and pursue personal goals. Assesses and documents students' progress. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an associate pastor or pastor. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
